    The present invention relates to an adjusting device for a lamp for generating a variable light distribution. The adjusting device has a reflector 12 arranged in a housing 10, wherein a reflector surface of the reflector 12 has at least one light exit opening 13. The adjusting device furthermore has an aperture 15 arranged in the housing 10, the aperture 15 being movable relative to the reflector 12 in such a way that a light exit through the at least one light exit opening 13 of the reflector 12 can be varied. The invention further relates to a luminaire 5 with the adjusting device according to the invention.
